Collina Construction Co. is a local family owned building company. Jack Collina has been a licensed General Contractor in the Asheville area since 1998. Jack started his career as a subcontractor managing his own crew and performing residential construction tasks like foundation footings, house framing, and exterior and interior finishes. This hands-on experience with an eye toward quality craftsmanship and a proper building process led Jack to a project management position with Biltmore Farms Homes overseeing projects in Biltmore Lake, Southcliff and the Ramble Biltmore Forest. Jack’s desire to build larger and more detailed projects landed him project management positions with some of WNC’s top Luxury Home Builders in communities like The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, the Ramble and Berwick Downs. Jack has developed trusted relationships with architects, designers, material suppliers, trade professionals, quality craftsman, and engineers. Jack prefers a low volume of projects to ensure ample time on each job and he personally oversees the entire building process. Jack’s wife Libby, a licensed General Contractor and real estate broker, assists in the daily operations and business management of the company. Libby also provides site supervision and design guidance.
